Moving into Metal Element

Transition to the Metal season: Fall

There’s an awareness now that the heat of summer(Fire) is fading. Crisp mornings after the humid heat of Summer days. and all that comes with fall. Trees letting go of their leaves. No longer needed for this year. The harvest season coming to an end. Closing up the garden. The cycle of life is moving forward. We move forward with it. Aligning with the messages this time of year gives us keeps us in tune with ourselves and the world around us.

It’s a time to look at what is no longer needed. What can be let go of?
Where is the accumulated stuff in my life ? Old ways of thinking? Outdated beliefs.and ideas? Activities? People? Stuff sitting unused in closets, attics and basements? This season asks you to look for a sense of authenticity and purpose and hone away what’s not needed.
What do I really need now and what can I let drop away in this time of letting go?
